One year later and it's the Nov. 2009 Susan G Komen 3 day 60 mile walk for the cure. Janie and her bff Jana are making the walk again. This is the first day and they are pretty pumped. I wonder what they will look like the last day. We enter this walk with mixed feelings, joy at being able to help out and sadness at the events at Ft. Hood yesterday. Please pray for the cancer victims, the walkers, the soldiers killed and wounded yesterday, and for their families. God Bless.
